Munchies, Mother Earth Style

Good Day all you crazy, fun urban campfire ees!

These are all amazing and easy to make and kids love them.
The great thing about these recipes is you can mix and match ingredients so have fun, enjoy them as we at highvibe.com always do
Chocolate Banana dealio
4 very ripe bananas, peeled and frozen
For Chocolate Syrup:
2 heaping T organic cacao powder
1/4 C flaxseed oil
3/4 C purified water
1 t vanilla extract
1 t maple extract (optional)
1/4 t cinnamon
1/4 t sea salt or Himalayan salt
1/4 lb pitted dates, packed (use fresh dates like medjool, honey or barhi)
For the Topping:
chopped nuts of your choice
Blend or process the frozen bananas until smooth and creamy like soft-serve ice cream.
Blend all of the syrup ingredients together until smooth. Pour over Banana Ice Cream and top with chopped nuts. Store the sauce in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to four weeks.
Serves 2.
Coconut Pudding
1 C fresh young coconut meat*
Juice of 4 lemons
7 dates, soaked for 20 minutes
1/2 t vanilla extract or 1 inch vanilla bean
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree. Serve pudding in cups.
REALLY CHOCOLATE PUDDING
COMBINE
- 1/2 cup of cacao powder (crushed cacao beans or nibs)
- 1 avocado, stoned and peeled
- 1/2 cup of carob powder
- 10 dates, stoned and soaked
- 2 tablespoons of raw agave nectar or any sweetener
Blend all ingredients together. If too bitter, add more agave nectar. Serve scooped or piped into a dish.
